#RIP: children’s fantasy show creator Marty Krofft has died at the age of 86. Pictured on the right, with his older brother Sid he produced and/or created many live-action fantasy TV shows for children in the late 1960’s & early 1970’s. They include #Pufnstuf (creator, and also a feature length film), #TheBugaloos (creator), #Lidsville (creator), #SigmundAndTheSeaMonsters (creator), #FarOutSpaceNuts (creator), #TheLostSaucer, #TheKrofftSupershow, #ElectraWomanAndDynaGirl, #LandOfTheLost (creator), #Wonderbug, & more! He was also a producer for the 2009 movie version of “Land of the Lost”. He & his brother Sid also created the 1970’s variety show #DonnyAndMarie (featuring Donny & Marie Osmond), which performed a #StarWars-based episode (that included dancing stormtroopers) that aired on Sept. 23, 1977.
